This poster by Jean Picart le Doux simply shouts summer on the Riviera. The bold, striking red, white and blue of marquee tent summons up images of holidays and beaches. It is an offset lithograph in colors and was printed in 1947 by Gaston Maillet et Cie, Saint-Ouen. It was sold along with two other posters for £ 437 inc. premium at Bonham’s in 2014
